The Fun Day
With God as their co-pilot, Shayne and Shayla arrived safely at 2:00 AM. The girls are happily playing together this morning. With Christi feeling so well and blood counts in the "near" normal range, we are now leaving for an incredibly fun day. (Can you say indoor water park?! The girls have been chanting it with glee!)
Tomorrow, Shayne and Christi will drop Shayla and I off at the airport at noon for our 2:00 PM flight and then they'll go check in at CHOP for her seven day stay. Shayne's sweet cousin, Corrine, and her husband will be staying at the Ronald House and helping Shayne throughout the week. Have been thinking of you ALL day today! Thanking God this morning for the cloud cover so that the sun wouldn't glare into your eyes while driving to your special destination, thanking God for Christi feeling SO well, thanking God for sisterly love, thanking God for the sun shining so bright this afternoon (though He could tone down the breeze...oh that's right, you're side! : ) silly me!),

Indoor Water Park! Now that sounds like a glorious way to spend a day to me.
I hope the girls giggles and shouts of glee were heard today and that smiles were on all of your faces.
