Family Photos
Shayla remembered that Christi had her picture taken with Buttercup on her sixth birthday so she had been asking to have her picture taken with all four of her pets. The sweet photographer agreed so here it is! What a hoot!
March 19, 2007: I'm not used to it yet; perhaps I'll never be. It still seems odd to see us as a small family of three. I'll upload Shayla's first communion pictures soon!

What a beautiful family. I am so sorry you are three (visable, as Christi is ALWAYS near) now instead of four.
My prayers for you Angela are that the days get just a little more bearable each and every day.
Good Morning! I just wanted to stop in and let you know that I am thinking of all of you today as I do everyday! I pray for your strength to face each and every day as well as the hard family traditions. I miss your Christi deeply and will forever be changed thanks to all she taught me. Thank you for sharing her life and sadly her death with so many of us! May God continue to hold you close ...
Love from my family to yours!

Look at you-- the styling Thomas Team!!! So cute love all the photos.
Shayla looks so sweet trying to get all 4 pets in for the picture! They're all going in a different direction! :) Poor Shay! As you said before, I bet Christi was looking down and giggling at that! The small family of three picture is beautiful, it would be perfect with your amazing angel of course but the three of you look great! Stay Strong!
Gorgeous Pictures! I love that you and Shayla matched! How adorable!!
I'm sure it's not easy to see that family of 3 instead of 4.
Thinking of you and sending love and prayers,
Heather
Dear Thomas family, I know how hard it's to get used to this "new normal" without your precious Christy, I lost my sweet angel almost eight years ago, I can't believe how quickly time passes.I experienced ups amd downs and a literal roller coaster of emotions. But I strongly believe that our loved ones are still with us, they're involved in our lives, they can do and act directly to help us, they attend our celebrations, holidays and special moments.I'm sending lots of love!! You're in my prayers every single day.
Ps: Pictures are just beautiful.
"Tiny Angels"
Tiny Angels rest your wings
sit with me for awhile.
How I long to hold your hand,
And see your tender smile.
Tiny Angel, look at me,
I want this image clear....
That I will forget your precious face
Is my biggest fear.
Tiny Angel can you tell me,
Why you have gone away?
You weren't here for very long....
Why is it, you couldn't stay?
Tiny Angel shook his head,
"These things I do not know....
But I do know that you love me,
And that I love you so".
I love the pet pictures! Thanks for sharing.
What a cute picture!!! You may be a family three.....but in your heart you will always be a family of 4.
Hi Thomas Team,
Great pictures!! I love Shayla and the pets . . . they look adorable scurrying around. Where did you have them taken? Picture People? I also love the picture of the three of you, as I for one, see Christi all over that picture . . .the fact that she gave you the strength to actually get to the photo studio to take the picture is proof that she is always with you.
I can't wait to see Shayla's First Communion pictures.
Have a great day!

Pets are such a wonderful comfort - and I believe firmly members of the family. When I look deeply into my little dogs eyes I pray there is a soul there and I pray that our other little dog is running around Heaven with my husband. I'm sure the Furries have been wonderful friends to Shayla over the last few months. Love and prayers for you all
AWWW you all look so nice in your pictures!!
Guess what Shayla.. I used to have 5 guinea pigs!!! I cant believe that Buttercup and Buckeye are so friendly to them.. how cute!!
I cant wait to see the first communion pictures..

You are a wonderful family, even though seeing you three makes my heart ache for your loss. But I'm sure Christi was dancing and smiling in Heaven about those precious pictures. Thinking of you.
