I know this isn't a big election of any sort, and the duration will be only two years, not four; however, Shayla needs some help in picking out her new glasses and she thought if she put it on the blog she could go with the pair that most people voted for. She's had a prescription change and has needed new glasses since March, however, to make a long story short we've needed to wait until October 1st to order them. Therefore, it's now time - yipee! Last week we went to select the frames and this week she'll need to tell them which ones to order. Please let her know what you think by voting for "A", "B", or "C". THANK YOU!!

Hey Shayla-OF COURSE your frame choices are all awesome(!) BUT if I had to choose I think "B" makes you look oh, soooo grown up because the metallic color of the frames really accent your beautiful blue eyes.
No matter what though-you have great taste in glasses! Katie and I are due for new frames ourselves-and you've given us some excellent ideas :O) Kim, Katie and Emily
After a very close race between B and C, I think I choose C! B is very distinguished but the narrower lenses are not quite as good at showing off those gorgeous eyes as C! So, Shayla, my vote is C.

All 3 are very cute though. I have a hard time when my son (or myself) has to pick out new frames. I dont' know what it is about that decision...I guess because they aren't cheap & have to be "lived with" for at least 2 years.

All are cute, but I vote for B.
She looks great in all of them (although I think I prefer either A or C).
Might I recommend the eeney-meeney-miny-moe method. It sounds silly but I have a (unproven) theory behind it. I even sort of used it to pick out a college (and was very happy with my choice).
Heres how it goes:
Do eeney-meeney-miny-moe
If you land on something and tell yourself that you should do 2 out of 3 then you probably want one of the other choices.
If you land on something and feel that 1 time is enough then you will probably be happy with the one you landed on.
I make no guarantees but I find it a useful way to figure out what my brain really wants.
Tough call because they all look good on your beautiful face!

Well Shayla, I think that you have three excellent choices there...you'll clearly be looking gorgeous no matter which pair you choose! That being said, I think that option A is my personal favorite - tough decision though. Can't wait to hear which one you choose and to see pics when they're ready!

I just find it fasinating how your family deals and cope's with all that, and quite frankly, I find it amazing. I definately think you should go with "C". Shayla is a very pretty girl and looks so much like Christi. Angela, you have been such a testimony to me in sharing all your thoughts and feelings in dealing with all this cancer stuff and the passing of Christi.
