Scholarship Applications Due Tomorrow

There may only be three of us "Thomas Team" members now, but we are committed to keeping Christi's memory alive. One of the ways we do this is by offering thousands of dollars in scholarships each year. TOMORROW IS THE DUE DATE for any Heidelberg University Junior, who is majoring in Education, to apply for this year's scholarship. It will be presented at the Spring Awards on a Friday afternoon in April. Don't forget to get your items emailed in! The committee of five will be reviewing each application very soon. THANK YOU for letting us celebrate Christi's life! Here's wishing you and yours a grand week! ENJOY! And live it well!

Hi Angela,

There will quite simply always be 4 members of the Thomas Team! I see Christi very clearly in your new photograpgh shining out of each of your smiles and the love that you all share. Her memory will live on through all of you and through the inspiration that she will forever bring to the lives of all of those who are lucky enough to have known her and all of you. As always thankyou for allowing us to share christi's life and celebrate along with you and also thankyou for allowing us to share you lives too - you really are such a speical aprt of the lives of so many of us - as you once said about Christi- teaching us all of life's importnat lessons.

What a beautful family portrait that is. I know you must feel there is such a vital part missing in it, and I do agree with that, but at the same time this photo is still really beautful.

Good luck choosing the scholarship winners...it must be difficult to not choose them all!

I love being part of Christi's legacy by giving a few dollars each year. I'm afraid I can't give hundreds, but I do enjoy contributing what I can. Christi is woven into the daily fabric of my life, as is her entire family and especially her amazing parents. How you live is a testament to that child. This year is pretty hard for our family, financially, but we are committed to Christi's memory, as we were committed to her recovery.

I just got back from the same cruise out of Galveston. My husband, in-laws, and two girls did the Roatan, Costa Maya, and Cozumel route. When I saw the picture of your family, I decided I had to write. I have followed Christi's site now for many months. I happened upon it from Erin Buenger's page. As stated, I have two girls as well so I love to read about Christi and Shayla. You are so blessed to have Shayla and I love love love reading about her plays. You have a beautiful family and I agree with another commenter in that Christi was definitely in your cruise family photo as well -- shining through you!
