Dear Thomas Team,
I can't imagine how you are feeling today as a family. I only recently finished reading all of Christi's blogs...and having done this i think you are the most amazing family ever. Although i live thousands of miles away in Ireland ,i feel like i know you all so well!
As for Christi...well what a truely wonderful, brave , caring gorgeous little girl.
If more people were like Christi what a wonderful world it would be. Your daughter is such an inspiration to me and i tell so many people about her. I really wish i had known her , because on earth she was a living angel !
Now as her 4th Angelversary has arrived i hope the thought that you will all see your beautiful little Christi again will help you a little bit !
Just really wanted to let you all know today that i'm thinkig of you Angela , Shayne and sweet little Shayla and as always darling Christi always in my thoughts and prayers.

Remembering Angel Christi on this day, may she never be forgotten! Angela, I have been keeping up with Christi's site since 2006. I check in almost daily, even though I rarely post, but I was inspired to today. My daughter is the same age she would be today.
P.S. Shayla is growing up to be such a beautiful and considerate person. You are doing a wonderful job with her!

At midnight and early this morning I woke up thinking about sweet Christi. I'll never understand why these precious children become angels far too soon... always loving and missing precious angel Christi!
Thoughts, prayers and *hugs* to the Thomas Team.
Thought of you this morning at church. Know you are in my thoughts and prayers. May God grant you comfort and peace on this day and always, and may Sweet Christi rest in peace.
Much love, thoughts and prayers from PA,

Been thinking of your family all day! I'll never forget your precious Christi!
I just got through the 17th angelversary...
My heart to you all
Thank you for sharing so much about your beautiful family. I am a better mother because of you. I take pictures of everything my son does. You have taught me that every moment is precious. You all are in my prayers. Wishing you peace on such a difficult day.
My heart breaks for your family ~ I miss hearing Christi stories through your website ~ and if I miss her and didn't even know her, I can't imagine how much it must hurt for you all! I love hearing about Shayla but I find myself wondering what Christi would be doing and how much fun they would be having together in all their activities. I admire your family so very much for how you have handled such a devastating situation. You could have let it tear you all apart - but instead you seem to have grown closer as a family. Instead of turning bitter, you all continue to exhibit love and grace. I work as a TV news reporter & see such pain sometimes - and I feel like reading your blog all these years has helped me become a more sensitive, compassionate, empathetic person & reporter. I started reading your blog many years ago (I first found you through our family friends, Jessica Nielsen's family). I feel like I know you guys and I pray for you a lot. I am so sorry for you all having to face these tough anniversaries ... I love to look at the pictures of her sweet, innocent face & to think about all the lives she touched in her short time on earth. I sure wish she could have grown old here - I know she would have done so much to make the world a better place. I am sure she's loving life as she walks the streets of gold ... but that doesn't make it much easier for her sweet, devoted parents, sisters, family & friends. You gave her such a wonderful life and so many fabulous opportunities - and you should be very proud of both your beautiful daughters. Love & prayers from Katie Crosbie in Wichita Falls, Texas!
You'll be loved and remembered sweet Christi.
Sincerely,
Miyuki
Angela,
I check in on you quite often and love reading your blog. Thinking of you over the last couple of days as they must be challenging ones.
I hope the wonderful memories of Christi will sustain you in the days ahead:)

Dear Thomas Family,
We honored Christi by including her in our angel tribute at the Miracle Party in Denver on Saturday. We had over 110 cancer children/angels and their families in attendance. It was awesome to share a night with the most courageous and most beautiful children I have ever met!
The Miracle Party (.org) is a party given so that cancer kids can just be kids and run, play, dance and smile those precious big smiles. This year's theme was the Gold Carpet and the looks of our little superstar celebrities were priceless. We had about 6 families attending from different states...talk about awesome! I was able to attend from South Texas as the founder is a great friend of mine and her daughter battled osteosarcoma in her ribs and is a super survivor.
Thank you for continuing to share your journey with us. I will forever be humbled and honored that Christi captured my heart and shared with me the world of childhood cancer. Until there is a cure...I will stand behind those afflicted. One voice can truly speak for thousands and I will never quit fighting.
Love, hugs and heavenly kisses from South Texas, Sheila
